Watching a talented cutting horse do their thing is like watching a finely articulated and well choreographed dance performed by a high class dancer.  The dance steps run from the delicacy of a Minuet to the hard edged jumps of a classic Jitterbug.  Every nuance of movement by the calf is anticipated and acted on by the horse who is, in the best sense of the definition, a finely trained athlete.   It's hard work and not much play but fun to watch though.

Sometimes I wonder if the horse is having a little fun too!
