Canada is an important and good friend and ally of this country and has always, even under the worst circumstances, cooperated with our law enforcement. and visa versa.  Hard to believe that criminals such as bank robbers and horse thieves would actually cross a border that was not much more than a dotted line on a map to evade arrest.  The Cooperation of the Mounties with the Sheriffs and Marshalls of the counties and states south of that dotted line helped to bring many miscreants to justice.  Thank you Canada!
