There is something very peaceful and lovely in this subject.  The idea of a part of time in the day when things are quiet and there is time to tarry at the water to think or view the horizon and dream is a picture filled with contentment.  That is why I have painted so many studies of this situation and why so many people have asked for it in their choices to look at every day in their homes.
